What is a leader??

True leaders are responsible for success of their teams.......to encourage to cause the team to excell......all of them to the best of their abilities....and everyone believe it or not has an ability even tots in the terrible two's.

Instead of always condemning, bringing up mistakes......catch'um doing something right, I dare you.......

Teach the kids, but when they get and are doing it right; tell them. One of the biggest jobs of a parent is to give your children self confidence, faith and love are highest things to teach but self confidence is up there with that to.  I myself came to realize after and while my parents were alive;.... are they glad and happy of the kind of adult I have become?  I as a adult caught my self doing it toward my own adult kids, so I told them what I wished I could have heard more often;  I am so proud of what you do, and have become as a adult and as a parent and I am so proud of what you also did not do. I love you for you being you and the difference between your brothers and sisters.  You see each kid is different there are not any carbon copies; they have some of you and some of Mom; some is genetic, some taught, and some learned.  It does not matter what kind of job they have ; it could be fast food, doctor, etc. the question is.....do they do it well, enjoy it.....and do their level best?  If they are than you as a Dad, have a success story.

I once asked a doctor here about his kids; after he asked about mine(smile). He said he had four. I go and are they doctors?.......no he replied......one is a lawyer......one a builder..........one a writer and one a delivery guy (with a frown). I go you do not sound happy about the youngest one's job. He goes I wished he would have gotten a education. I go, yes, but does he do it well and to the best of his ability? He goes yah....so I said.....than he is someone to be very proud of, be proud of what he is doing and also proud of what he did not do (wrong stuff). I go doc there are all kinds of education, and some people that are really intellegent are self taught, also; and your son has a very good education; he is living life to the fullest and trades are just as important as college degrees( and trades are college degrees also, thanks to the advancement of some others peoples brains, today) He goes oh. I go not every one was born to be a college student, but still do very much with their lives and I go some people call it the college of hard knocks, but it is still learning.......ok, you are saying....what is this??? Just a point to ponder, it is your kid, just love them, teach them, encourage them and be proud of the end result..........
